Renato Abatiell: at&t is the only one in california (that i know of) that does at&t phone service. AT&T is in Mantica California for sure because its in the whole state. My aunt who lives in Morro Bay has at&t for home phone service and even friends in SAC have it too. By the way i live in Merdead and at&t provides service here. But ya comcast will provide service but unfortunately FIOS (verizon) is not in Manteca or any where else in the Central valley. Azzie Trembly: I like the Verizon packages, especially FIOS, which is the best. Watch out for Direct TV, I believe their Internet and landline is by phone, not a VOIP service like others offer.
Kandi L! ough: COX Communications claims to offer service in that area.
