Lonnie Jehle: If you get a quality set of component speakers (tweeter is mounted separately from midrange speaker) for your front doors and properly amp them, you shouldn't need speakers anywhere else. Amped components should have enough volume to fill the entire car with sound, especially small ones. The Swift is a hatchback, so you can get away with buying a power subwoofer if desired (which tend to not be very loud when sealed up in a trunk sedan). I would go with the Infinity Basslink series of subwoofers. If you just go with a typical component subwoofer, have the box custom made to the subwoofer manufacturer's specs and amp it with their RMS power recommendation (which is sometimes lower than the RMS number on the box). I go with JL Audio, but most don't like how overpriced they are. I'm usually not a big fan of factory CD players. I always upgrade my vehicles with a DVD receiver and I try to buy one with the highest preamp output voltage I can afford. Don! 't forget to give the wiring kits some thought as well. Don't buy anything super expensive, but don't buy the cheapest Wal-Mart wiring kit, either....Show more
