Justin Casten: Take 2 Tablespoons of olive oil, cilantro, and 1 can black beans, 1 can northern beans, 1 can pinto beans, 1 can red beans mix thoroughly add salt and pepper to taste. I like to add a little cumin and cayenne pepper or crushed red peppers, depending how spicy you like it, you could add a little chili powder. You can make it with beef, pork, chicken, and you can even add rice, I like sundried tomato with basil wraps. OOoOm very tasty
