Magda Vandergriend: hobby lobby has nice sketch books and you can find good deals there at times look online for coupon or look in your paper sale changes every week
Everette Rovinsky: Yes - and you can often get a 40% off coupon for Hobby Lobby printed online! As for the figure books, they'll probably have a couple, but my favorite place is Half Price Books (if there's one in your area). Much better selection. Hobby Lobby also sells the pose-able wooden figures - which I love working from.Colored pencils - I've always liked Prismacolor - not too hard....Show more
Voncile Slaubaugh: Sure, just design! It's that simple. Starting a clothing line and making actual clothes is a different matter completely. If you don't know how to sew, I seriously suggest taking a class at a local Hobby Lobby or activity center. If you don't WANT to learn (although sewing is fun) then you could always find someone, like a friend, who enjoys sewing. But, let me tell you, that p! eople who like to sew generally like designing their own projects, so you would either have to find someone who doesn't like designing or would like to sew for you. You may have to pay someone. I would recommend that you just make friends at a sewing workshop. :) Have fun!...Show more
Hyman Coren: and/or do they also sell books on how to draw a fashion figure? thanks so much.
