Single People: What are your likes and dislikes about being single?

Madie Strople: Single mother of 4 kids here. I like that I have more freedom than someone who has that "significant other", I don't have to worry about jealousy or being drilled about where I was & who I was with or being falsely accused of something I didn't do, and I can independent. I can -look- at guys without getting cussed out lol.I don't like being single b/c sometimes I do want affection & someone to come home to after work, someone to look forward to being with & talking to, feeling loved & wanted & accepted for who & what I am, someone that knows me. I don't much like holidays b/c it kinda hits me hard having to be alone & do the shopping & gatherings alone w/ the kids, not to mention having the FULL responsibility for the bills & the gifts & food, etc from my paycheck alone. I know I shouldn't feel lonely b/c I have my kids, but having someone is different, u have adult conversation & they can understand the things u want to talk about.
